Please note: We use various transport companies to deliver your goods. We will do our best to honour next day and Saturday deliveries but on some occasions transport companies have let us down. If this happens, we will either refund the extra money that you paid for the special service and deliver goods on standard service OR you may choose to cancel your order for full refund.

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands (post codes IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 Sector 4 and PH49-50*) doesn't come under UK Mainland delivery category.
The delivery of goods requires customer's signature. If there is no one at the premises, you can either arrange delivery for some other day or can ask courier service to leave at your next-door neighbour or somewhere safe like in a garage or porch.
Please be sure to inspect the tandoor on the day of delivery and inform us or TNT of any damages or missing parcels before 7 pm on the day of delivery else you will invalidate your delivery insurance.
Please note that the delivery is door delivery only (Curb side delivery) and inside the premise’s delivery is not provided.
IMPORTANT: It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items will fit onto the premises, please check all door dimensions to ensure the product will fit onto site. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery due to this will be passed onto the customer.
Delivery Insurance for UK & EU: Your parcel(s) are insured for any loss or damage whilst in transit. Please inform us of any damages or missing parcels on the same day before 7 PM UK time of receiving the first parcel so that we can lodge a claim with the delivery insurance company. For outside UK, you must first inform the courier company in your country on the same day of delivery by 7 pm or as per the working hours of the courier company in your country and then inform us ASAP. Failing to do so will invalidate your delivery insurance.
Please be advised that hairline / minor cracks and fissures are normal for any clay oven and should not be considered as a damaged clay oven.
Customs Duty/VAT for deliveries going outside the European Union: UK VAT has not been charged for countries outside EU. However, if any duty or taxes is charged by the customs of your country then it will be payable by you.

Delivery time
Delivery will be on weekdays between 8am to 5pm.We use various delivery companies for deliveries depending on the destination location.You will either get a call a day before delivery to book an appointment for delivery or a call an hour before delivery depending on the location and the policies of the delivery company. Please make sure to be there to receive the shipment otherwise there will be extra charges for the 2nd delivery attempt.
Please note: If the delivery company does not show up for delivery on a particular day after fixing an appointment for delivery due to reasons beyond their control, we as a company shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery service.

Delivery Insurance
Please inspect the pallet on arrival for any exterior damages to the packing and sign for it as damaged if you notice any signs of damage. To complete your order, we may send multiple parcels which will all come together unless specified. An email will be sent with tracking details stating the number of parcels and handling units that have been dispatched. Please count the number of parcels and then sign the delivery receipt making note of missing parcels if any, failing to do so will invalidate your delivery insurance.

After the driver leaves the pallet can be opened and inspected completely and let us know if there is of any damage within 48 hours as the delivery insurance for inside damages is valid only for 48 hours after delivery, failing to do so will invalidate your delivery insurance. If your address falls under a remote area then we will inform you about the extra delivery charges. If you dont want to pay the extra delivery charges then we will cancel your order and refund your money after deduction of the 3% credit card fee as per our order cancellation policy
